46% of decision-makers in local authorities believe that awareness is present but that the actions taken are insufficient.

The same observation is made on the side of decision-makers in private companies.

Only 37% of them consider that management makes it a strategic issue for its activity (compared to 54% who think that the actions taken are insufficient or that the subject remains secondary).

In local authorities, the decarbonization of mobility mainly comes from local elected officials, but is also motivated by user expectations and financial aid granted to develop these actions. On the side of private companies, we also note that these actions come from management, and they are more motivated by compliance with regulations (39%).
