The “carbon-neutral building event” is back for a second edition, on 7 December 2023 at the Parc des Princes. Initiated by Cahiers Techniques du Bâtiment, the Infopro Digital group’s flagship media brand, Bâtir pour le Climat explores the challenges of achieving carbon neutrality in the building industry by 2050, in line with the 2015 Paris Agreement. The 2023 edition, which will bring together more than 1,500 players and solution providers in the building and public works sector, will be structured around 3 tracks: Decarbonise! Renovate! Recycle
Building for Climate: time for action
The climate clock is ticking, and the construction sector, France’s second-largest emitter of greenhouse gases, faces three major challenges if it is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050: decarbonising, renovating and recycling. All the players in the construction chain (manufacturing, worksites, buildings and towns) are expected to work together, in a spirit of collective intelligence and integrated collaboration, to meet this environmental challenge that affects us all.
It was against this backdrop that the Infopro Digital group created Bâtir pour le Climat, which returns to the Parc des Princes on 7 December 2023 after a successful first edition. Initiated by Cahiers Techniques du Bâtiment, Le Moniteur and Négoce, the event aims to support construction professionals in this decisive transformation and equip them to build a low-carbon, sustainable future.
On the programme: plenary conferences led by Infopro Digital journalists with high-level speakers, regulatory decoding, feedback, “solutions pitch” sequences, unprecedented networking opportunities in the exhibition area and convivial moments in a legendary venue.
