Levers such as participatory budgeting, public consultations, workshops and digital platforms can be used to gather ideas and innovative solutions while stimulating collective intelligence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Circular economy and renewable energies: <\/strong>resilient cities adopt circular economic models to reduce waste, optimise the use of resources and promote renewable energies to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Faced with the saturation of large metropolises, medium-sized towns are at the forefront of urban resilience.
